রাইজ়িং বেঙ্গল নিউজ় ব্যুরো: বিকেল হলেই কিছু না কিছু খেতে ইচ্ছে করে। মনে হয় চা বা কফির সঙ্গে মুখরোচক কিছু পেলে ভালো হয়। বর্তমান পরিস্থিতি ভয়াবহ, করোনার জেরে। ফলে, ইচ্ছেমতোন বাইরে গিয়ে কিছু কিনে আনারও উপায় নেই। তবে এখন প্রায় অনেকেই বাড়িতে বসেই খুব সহজে স্বাস্থ্যকর মুখরোচক তেলেভাজা বানিয়ে নেন। আজকের রেসিপিটাও এমনই কিছু। আজকে দেখে নেব চিঁড়ের ডোনাট তৈরির রেসিপিটি।
আসুন দেখে নেওয়া যাক, ডোনাট তৈরি করতে কি কি উপকরণ লাগছে-
উপকরণ-
চিঁড়ে এক কাপ, লিকুইড দুধ আধা কাপ, চাট মশলা দেড় চা চামচ, সুজি আধা কাপ, ধনেপাতা সামান্য, সাদা তিল দেড় চা চামচ, আদা-রসুন বাটা আধা চামচ, চিলি ফ্লেক্স এক চা চামচ, কাঁচালঙ্কা দুটি, নুন স্বাদমতো, ময়দা ১/৪ কাপ, তেল দুই কাপ।
প্রণালী-
আমরা প্রথমে চিঁড়েগুলো ভালো করে ধুয়ে নেব। এরপর একটি বাটির মধ্যে দুধ ও সুজি নিয়ে ভালোভাবে মিশিয়ে নিতে হবে। এরপর তেল বাদ দিয়ে ওপরের সব উপকরণগুলি একসঙ্গে ভালোভাবে মিশিয়ে নিন। তারপর হাতে অল্প তেল নিয়ে ওই মিশ্রণ থেকে ডোনাটের মতো আকার নিয়ে ডোনাট করে নিন। এবারে সবকটি বানানো হয়ে গেলে গরম ডুবো তেলে ভালো করে ভেজে নিন। বেশ কিছুক্ষণ ধরে ভাজুন। ভাজার সময় লক্ষ্য রাখতে হবে, বাদামি রং ধরছে কিনা। বাদামি রং হয়ে গেলে নামিয়ে ফেলুন। এরপর চা বা কফির সঙ্গে পরিবেশন করুন।
