খুব সহজেই বানিয়ে ফেলুন খাস্তা ডালপুরি
রাইজিং বেঙ্গল নিউজ ব্যুরো: অনেকসময়ই বিকেলে মুখরোচক কিছু খেতে ইচ্ছা করে। কিন্তু সবসময়ে বাইরে থেকে খাবার আনিয়ে নেওয়া সম্ভব হয় না। কিন্তু আমাদের প্রত্যেকেরই ঘরে এমন কিছু খাবারের উপকরণ থাকে, যা দিয়ে সহজেই কিছু বানিয়ে নেওয়া যেতে পারে। আজকে দেখে নেব এমনই একটি সহজ রান্না।
আজকে দেখে নেব, কীভাবে সহজেই ডালপুরি বানিয়ে নিতে পারি। আসুন দেখে নেওয়া যাক, এটি বানাতে ঠিক কি কি উপকরণ লাগছে-
উপকরণ-
ময়দা- ২ কাপ নুন- স্বাদ মতো তেল- ১ টেবিল চামচ, মসুরের ডাল- ১ কাপ, ধনেপাতা- প্রয়োজন মতো, শুকনো লঙ্কা- কয়েকটি, জিরে গুঁড়ো- ১/৪ চা চামচ, শুকনো লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো- সামান্য
প্রণালী-
প্রথমে টেলে নেওয়া শুকনো লঙ্কা গুঁড়ো করে নিন। এরপর অল্প জল ও নুন দিয়ে ডাল সেদ্ধ করে নিন। জল প্রায় শুকিয়ে গেলে জিরে গুঁড়ো, লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো ও ধনে পাতা দিয়ে নেড়ে নিন। জল পুরোপুরি শুকিয়ে গেলে নামিয়ে নিন। এবার ময়দার সঙ্গে তেল ও পরিমাণ মতো নুন মিশিয়ে অল্প অল্প জল দিয়ে ডো তৈরি করুন। ডো একদম নরম করবেন না, খানিকটা শক্ত থাকবে। আধা ঘণ্টার জন্য রেখে দিন তৈরি ডো।
এরপর অল্প অংশ ছিঁড়ে আঙুলের সাহায্যে ছড়িয়ে নিন। ১ চামচ ডালের পুর দিয়ে চারপাশ থেকে ডো টেনে বন্ধ করে দিন। চারদিক থেকে বেলবেন না, যেকোনো একদিকে বেলে নিন পুরি। তেল গরম করে ভেজে তুলুন। এরপর কোন আলুর তরকারি বা আলুর দমের সঙ্গে পরিবেশন করুন ডালপুরি।
