চলতি মাসের মধ্যেই কয়লাকাণ্ডের চার্জশিট দিতে পারে সিবিআই। এই শিটে থাকতে পারে বিনয়, লালা সহ একাধিক ব্যবসায়ী এবং পুলিশ কর্তাদের নাম। অভিযুক্তদের জেরা করার পর এই চার্জশিট তৈরি করেছে গোয়েন্দারা। তবে এই কাণ্ডে একটি চার্জশিটেই শেষ কথা হবে না, থাকবে অনেক সাপ্লিমেন্টরি চার্জশিট। এমনই খবর পাওয়া গিয়েছে সিবিআই সূত্রে।
সিবিআইয়ের তদন্তের জেরে প্রথম চার্জশিটে থাকবে পুরুলিয়ার ব্যবসায়ী অনুপ মাঝি ওরফে লালা এবং বিনয়ের নাম। সঙ্গে থাকতে পারে বিনয়ের ভাই বিকাশ মিশ্র, বাঁকুড়া থানার আইসি অশোক মিশ্র, লালার অ্যাকাউন্ট রক্ষক নীরজ সিং, গণেশ বাগাড়িয়া, বামাপদ দে, রণধীর বার্নাওয়াল। এদের মধ্যে বিকাশ মিশ্র এবং অশোক মিশ্রকে আগেই গ্রেফতার করে নিজেদের হেফাজতে রেখেছে সিবিআই। গণেশ বাগড়িয়া আপাতত নিখোঁজ, তবে গোয়েন্দাদের কাছে খবর রয়েছে গণেশ এখন দুবাইয়ে। পাশাপাশি বাঁকুড়ার আইসি অশোক মিশ্র, বিনয় মিশ্রের আত্মীয় বলে খবর সিবিআইয়ের।
অশোক মিশ্র ১০৯ দিনের মধ্যে ১৬৮ কোটি টাকা তুলেছেন বলে সিবিআই জানিয়েছেন আদালতে। এছাড়াও তাঁদের দাবি, এই কয়লাকাণ্ডে অসাধু ব্যবসায়ী, পুলিশ, কেন্দ্রীয় আধিকারিক এবং রাজনৈতিক নেতারা সাহায্য না করলে এত বড় পাচার সম্ভব হয় না। চার্জশিট প্রকাশ পেলেই ঘটনাটি বিশ্লেষণ করতে সুবিধা হবে সিবিআইয়ের।
