A Rising Reporter can create article content by recording videos, images and voice clips, and also share written material through the Rising Bengal portal on their mobile device. The uniqueness of this is that it functions flawlessly offline without causing any hindrance to reporting and stores all of the content locally on the device, allowing to share or upload later when network connectivity allows.

• Applicable to students and graduates of Mass Communication and Journalism. Student and Graduates of other fields can apply as well.
