অন্যদিকে, এই ঘটনার পেরিপেক্ষিতে শাসক দলের জেলা কো-অর্ডিনেটর সুভাষ চাকী জানিয়েছেন, 'এই ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে পারিবারিক বিবাদের কারণে। ভোটে হেরে যাবার কারণে বিজেপি মানুষের মন পেতে যেকোনো ঘটনায় রাজনীতির রং লাগাচ্ছে। এই ঘটনায় তৃণমূলের কেউই জড়িত নয়।
