দিল্লির আপ সরকারের অপশাসন নিয়ে সোমবারও ট্রেন্ড দেখা গিয়েছিল। করোনার প্রকোপ আবারও বাড়তে চলেছে সেখানে। সঙ্গে জীবন যাত্রা খানিক সচল হতেই শুরু হয়ে গিয়েছে দুষণের দাপট। শহর ঢাকছে ধোঁয়াশায়। এই পরিস্থিতির পাশাপাশি অনেক দিন ধরেই শাসন নিয়েও সরব বিরোধীরাও। তারই মাঝে এক ভয়াবহ ঘটনার সাক্ষী রইল দিল্লি চৌহান বাঙ্গার এলাকা। ভয়ে স্তব্ধ রাস্তায় চলা মহিলা ও শিশু। এক নজরে দেখে প্রথমে মনে হয়েছিল যে এ বোধ হয় কোন উল্ফ হামলা। পরে বিষয়টি পরিষ্কার হয়।
বোরখা পরা এক মহিলাকে দেখা যায় হাতে বন্দুক নিয়ে একটি দোকানের বাইরে অশ্রাব্য ভাষায় গালি দিতে। হাতের বন্দুক থেকে তখন এলোপাথাড়ি গুলি ছুটছে। এই ভিডিও সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় ভাইরাল হওয়াতেই নড়েচড়ে বসে পুলিশ। শেষমেশ ওই মহিলার বিরুদ্ধেস জাফারাবাদ পুলিশ স্টেশনে ওই মহিলার বিরুদ্ধে এফআইআর দায়ের করা হয়।
ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে উত্তের পূর্বের দিল্লির চৌহানবাঙ্গার অঞ্চলের। প্রাথমিকভাবে ওই মহিলার নাম নুসরত বলে জানা যায়। যে সময় সেই কাণ্ড ঘটায় তখন সে মত্ত ছিল বলে জানায় প্রত্যক্ষ দর্শীরা। দোকানদারের সঙ্গে কোন বিষয়ে বচসার জেরে এমন ঘটনা ঘটায় বলে জানা গিয়েছে। দোকানদারের কাছে খবর নিয়ে জানা যায়, দিল্লির জাফরাবাদের গ্যাংস্টার মহসিনের ডানহাত নাসিরের বোন নুসরত।
তাই তার হাতে বন্দুক থাকা একেবারেই আশ্চর্য নয়। ভিডিওটিতে নুসরতকে তার গ্যাংস্টার অনুগামী ভাই নাসিরের উল্লেখ করতেও শোনা যায়। এই ভিডিও ভাইরাস হওয়ার পর তা নিয়ে সরব বিজেপি। আইনি ব্যবস্থা ভেঙে না পড়লে এমন হওয়া অসম্ভব, দাবি স্থানীয় নেতৃত্বের।
