রাইজিং বেঙ্গল নিউজ ব্যুরো: চিকেন খেয়েছে, কিন্তু চিলি চিকেন খায়নি এমনটা হয়তো কেউ নেই। আসলে, সকলের কাছেই চিলি চিকেনের ডিশটা খুব প্রিয়। এটা সবথেকে খেতে ভালো লাগে ফ্রায়েড রাইস, নান, পরোটা বা রুটির সঙ্গে। তবে, আজকের রেসিপিটি একটু আলাদা। এটির নাম থাই চিলি চিকেন।
আসুন দেখে নেওয়া যাক, এটি বানাতে কি কি উপকরণ লাগছে-
উপকরণ-
মুরগির মাংস ছোট বা মাঝারি সাইজের টুকরা ২ কাপ, ক্যাপসিকাম স্লাইস ১ কাপ, ডিম ১টা, গোল মরিচ গুঁড়ো ১ চা চামচ, থাই চিলি সস ১ কাপ, কাঁচালঙ্কা ৪/৫টি, কর্নফ্লাওয়ার ৩ টেবিল-চামচ, পেঁয়াজ কিউব করে কাটা ২ কাপ, আদা বাটা আধা চা চামচ, রসুন বাটা আধা চা চামচ, সয়াসস ৩ টেবিল-চামচ, লেবুর রস ১ টেবিল চামচ, তেল পরিমাণমতো, নুন স্বাদমতো।
প্রণালী-
প্রথমে মাংসের টুকরাগুলোর সাথে লেবুর রস, গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো, ডিম, আদা, রসুন, সয়া সস, চিলি সস ও নুন দিয়ে ভালোভাবে মাখিয়ে ১ ঘন্টা রেখে দিন। এরপর একটি প্যানে তেল গরম করে পেঁয়াজ দিয়ে ১-২ মিনিট হালকা ভেজে নিন। বেশি ভাজবেন না, পেঁয়াজ বাদামি করা যাবে না। এবার মশলাসহ মাংস দিয়ে দিন। ভালোভাবে নেড়ে নেড়ে রান্না করুন। ওভেনের আঁচ মাঝারি থাকবে।
এখন মাংস রান্না হয়ে গেলে ক্যাপসিকাম ও কাঁচালঙ্কা দিয়ে দিন। সব শেষে কর্নফ্লাওয়ার ঠাণ্ডা হলে জলে গুলে মাংসে দিয়ে ক্রমাগত নেড়ে রান্না করুন পাঁচ মিনিট। এরপর ঘন হয়ে এলে নেড়ে নামিয়ে ফেলুন।
