আলু ও ডিম দিয়ে বানিয়ে ফেলুন এই কাটলেটটি
রাইজ়িং বেঙ্গল নিউজ় ব্যুরো: আমরা কমবেশি প্রত্যেকেই কাটলেট খেতে পছন্দ করি। কিন্তু করোনা আবহে সবসময় রেস্তোরাঁ থেকে আনিয়ে নেওয়া সম্ভব নয়। আজকে প্রতিবেদনে একটি বিশেষ কাটলেটের রেসিপি দেখে নেব। এটি খুব সহজেই বানানো যায়, ডিম ও আলু দিয়েই। সকলের রান্নাঘরে এই দুটো উপকরণ ঠিকই থাকে।

উপকরণ-
সেদ্ধ ডিম ৪টি, খোসা ছাড়ানো আলু সেদ্ধ ২৫০ গ্রাম, শুকনো লঙ্কা গুঁড়ো ১ চা চামচ, তেল ১ কাপ, পেঁয়াজ কুচি ১টি, নুন আধা চা চামচ, নুন পরিমাণমতো, ফেটানো ডিম ১টি ও ধনেপাতা কুচি।
প্রণালী-
প্রথমে একটি পাত্রে সেদ্ধ আলু চটকে নিয়ে তাতে পেঁয়াজ, শুকনো লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো, নুন ও ধনেপাতা কুচি ভালো করে মিশিয়ে নিতে হবে। আরেকটি বাটিতে ডিম ফেটিয়ে রেখে দিন। এবার সেদ্ধ ডিম কুচি গ্রেট করে সেদ্ধ করে ডিম যোগ করুন এবং আবার ভালো করে তা মিশিয়ে নিন। এবারে এই মিশ্রণ থেকে ছোট ছোট বল বা গোল আকার তৈরি করে চ্যাপ্টা করে কাটলেটের রূপ দিয়ে দিন।
এরপরে, কাটলেটগুলি ফেটানো ডিমের মিশ্রণে ডুবিয়ে নিয়ে ব্রেডক্রাম্ব জড়িয়ে নিন। এখন একটি ফ্রাইপ্যানে তেল গরম করুন। তারপর হালকা আঁচে ভালোভাবে ভেজে নিন কাটলেটগুলো। সোনালি রং না আসা পর্যন্ত ভাজতে থাকুন। এরপর, ধনেপাতা দিয়ে গার্নিশ করে দিতে পারে। চা বা কফির সঙ্গে গরম গরম পরিবেশন করুন।
