বাড়িতে বানান চিকেন স্যুপ: স্বাদে ভরা পুষ্টিতে ঠাসা

ওয়ান পট মিল, কথাটির বাংলা অর্থ হল এক পাত্রে রান্না। অনেক সময় পকেট টান পড়বে অথবা ক্লান্তি থাকলে আমরা একই সঙ্গে চাল ডাল মিশিয়ে রান্না করেনি খিচুড়ি। তেমনি এক পদে রান্না করার অন্যতম সুস্বাদু আইটেম হলো চিকেন স্যুপ। বাড়িতে যে কোন সময় চিকেন স্যুপ করে খেতে পারেন আপনি। সুস্বাদু খাবার পাশাপাশি এটি খুবই শরীরের পক্ষে উপকারী।
উপকরণ:
চিকেন ৫০০ গ্রাম
পেঁয়াজ কুঁচি-২ টেবিল চামচ
রসুন কুঁচি-১ টেবিল-চামচ
আদা কুঁচি-আধ চা-চামচ
কাঁচা লঙ্কা কুঁচি-১টি
গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো- আধ চা-চামচ
নুন-১ চা-চামচ
মাখন-১ টেবিল চামচ
লেবুর রস-১ চা চামচ
টমেটো সস-১ টেবিল চামচ
কর্নফ্লাওয়ার-১ চা চামচ
ডিম-১টি
জল-৫ কাপ
ধনেপাতার কুঁচি- ১ চা চামচ
এ ছাড়া যে কোনও সবজি দেওয়া যেতে পারে।
পদ্ধতি:
প্রথমে কড়াইতে কিছুটা জল নিয়ে নিন। এরপর চিকেন সেদ্ধ করতে দিন। দুই কাপ পরিমাণ জল হয়ে এলে নামিয়ে রাখুন। এরপর কড়াইতে পেঁয়াজ রসুন আদা কুচি একসাথে ভালো করে মাখন দিয়ে ভেজে নিন। তারপর ফুটিয়ে রাখা চিকেনের ঝোল ওভেনে বসান। কনফ্লাওয়ার আর লেবুর রস বাদে বাকি সমস্ত উপকরণ দিয়ে নাড়তে থাকুন ভালো করে।
পুরোটা নাড়াচারা করে দিন এবং লেবুর রস একসাথে ঢেলে আস্তে আস্তে সুপের মধ্যে দিয়ে নাড়তে থাকুন। উপর থেকে ছড়িয়ে দিন ধনেপাতা এবং গরম গরম চিকেন সুপ পরিবেশন করুন পরিবারের সকলকে।
