বৃহস্পতিবার দুপুরে হিন্দু সেনার কিছু সমর্থক ৬১ সাউথ অ্যাভিনিউয়ে তৃণমূলের সদর দপ্তরের উপস্থিত হয়। এরপর সেখানে তাঁরা বিক্ষোভ প্রদর্শন করে। সবশেষে তাঁদের হাতের ব্যানার তাঁরা তৃণমূল সদর দপ্তরে রেখে দিয়ে যায়। বিক্ষোভের প্রসঙ্গে হিন্দু সেনার সমর্থকেরা জানিয়েছেন, 'হিন্দুরা নির্যাতিত হচ্ছে পশ্চিমবঙ্গে। সেইকারণে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী তথা তৃণমূল সুপ্রিমোকে অবগত করতেই তাঁদের এই বিক্ষোভ প্রদর্শন। যদিও এ বিষয়ে শাসকদলের কোন প্রতিক্রিয়া পাওয়া যায়নি।
